I don't know if this is too late, but we had to have our dog's teeth cleaned and the veterinarian taught me how to brush his teeth without getting his face messy. I just took a soft baby tooth brush and brushed with water every day and he probably thought all dogs have their teeth cleaned. Brush only the outside and your dog's teeth will be fine. I even used drops I saw advertised in Cesar's magazine and that worked too but the water and toothbrush worked fine and that was free. The reason I didn't like to brush his teeth was because he fought it and got his face all messy after he had just got groomed. Just using a brush and water solved that problem. I wish I had started this from puppyhood because my sister-in-law used a battery powered toothbrush and her dog loved it. Post A Reply >>>
